Jordy’s Place

Jordy's Place is a transformative farm property designed to provide a safe haven for young people, where they can receive mentorship and support.

Our programs focus on life skills, workforce readiness, and personal development, helping youth regain a sense of purpose.

Respite Care – We offer respite services for caregivers, providing them with the necessary breaks to prevent burnout and foster a sustainable support network in collaboration with Trilogy Disability Foundation.

Disability Birthday Parties – Your child is entitled for a birthday party, we can support to make this day a memorable birthday for your child, work with our team to book it in! Enjoy 48 acres of Somerbsy bushland where your child and their friends can experience a farm style birthday party with all needs catered for.

  • Foundation donate 2 x support workers for 4hrs on saturday or sunday at farm

Mentoring – Program Tailored mentorship is provided to help young individuals from out-of-home care achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

Farm Program – Re-engaging at-risk youth by offering them opportunities for meaningful employment and capacity building through animal and land care.

Carer Support Hub – This hub connects caregivers with a supportive community, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed before they reach a crisis point.

Business Events – Hire out Jordy’s Place for your next event! Eg. your next off-site meeting/retreat, business development day, team day, fundraiser, gala.

Canton Beach Park

Canton Beach Park is an affordable housing initiative for young people on the NDIS and victims of domestic violence.

Currently accommodating 44 families, our goal is to ensure their safety, foster a sense of community, and facilitate reintegration into society.

Supportive Community – We aim to create a nurturing environment that allows individuals at risk of homelessness to thrive.

Rental Record Development – We strive to provide opportunities for those on pensions to establish a rental history, facilitating their entry into the housing market.

Personal Development Programs – We offer resources and training to help individuals rediscover their identity and re-enter the workforce.

We have a variety of welcoming locations on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW.

Each site is designed to be a safe and inviting space where young people can feel at home. Whether it’s a farm-stay, beachside getaway, urban hub or a cosy retreat, we have options that cater to different needs and preferences. Each of our locations is equipped with comfortable furnishings and the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. We prioritise creating a home-like atmosphere where every young person feels safe and welcome.
